Solange submerged herself into the fine arts at a young age, first performing on stage when she was three. During her childhood she took piano, organ, acting, and dance classes and competed in regional, provincial, and national festivals.

 

She holds a music diploma from Vancouver Community College and has been privileged to teach people from all over the world, both online and in-person.

Solange started composing as a child when she wrote piano music for fun and competitions, winning a composition scholarship. Come 2015 she wrote a bi-lingual, French and English Mass setting for use with a local church. A few years later she began writing her own lyrics and songs. Most recently, in early 2024, she was invited to record some of her original work in Nashville. Her debut releases are set to drop later this year.

Outside of music, Solange is a wife and homemaker with five children and lots of hobbies. As a practicing Catholic and Metis woman she serves on a Healing and Reconciliation Grant Committee and works for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver on Indigenous Reconciliation.
